Nesha was an absolute Godsend when it came to finding a condo to purchase. She quickly understood exactly what I was looking for, which helped to narrow down my search considerably. She helped to schedule tours around my schedule, and went out of her way to explain details and nuances about the property so I would be comfortable.

At every stage of the journey, from property search, to inspection, financing, and closing, Nesha held my hand through what would normally be a stressful process. She made it easy, accessible and stress-free by going well above the call of duty. Importantly, she’s a helpful, kind, and motherly figure who genuinely cares about making her purchasers happy. Even though I am not a novice property buyer and come from a family of real estate investors, she made the process considerably smoother than I would have ever imagined.

I can’t recommend Nesha highly enough. It’s not hard to find an agent, but it IS hard to find someone who goes above the call of duty and cares about her purchasers like she does. Coming from an extremely satisfied purchaser, give Nesha a call and let her help you find your dream home!

Our realtor agent Nesha Khargie was simply the best. Nesha is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, My sister and I couldn't have been any happier. Buying a home was unexpected and it was a decision we took under a short period of time. Under a time constraint of less than 2 months, we had to search for a home, buy the home, and move from out of state (Texas/Maryland) into the home. It was stressful enough. However, thanks to Nesha, our search and buying process was a breeze.

Nesha truly cares for her clients, and goes above and beyond to make things happen. She stayed on top of EVERYTHING and gave us daily status updates to ensure we were kept in the loop. For the most part, she handled all the calls and emails dealing with our entire process. This was extremely helpful as my sister and I both work and had limited availability during working hours.

Additionally, Nesha accommodated all of our requests. This goes from what we were looking for in regards to our new home all the way to simple requests. Our parents visited from out of state and Nesha took time of her own to get a viewing of the home so they could be able to view it in person, truly appreciated this.

At the end, Nesha was able to negotiate with the seller's to bring down the sale 3% down the asking price.

As first-time home buyers in a very competitive market, my fiancé and I were up against a lot of odds, but Nesha helped us secure the most beautiful home out of all the ones we toured. She was diligent and responsive and made it her PRIORITY to ensure we found the perfect house. We will be forever grateful for her top-notch efforts.
