Nestor was recommended by a close friend of ours from the Scientific community in Atlanta. Nestor understood our requirements as first-time home buyers and walked us through the process. He helped us narrow our search based on our requirements and, over time, showed us dozens of homes. He provided us with not only benefits but also any shortcomings associated with them. Nestor always made time for us and made us feel like we were his valuable clients. Throughout the journey, we critically thought about options that were available to us and Nestor helped us make critical decisions along the way. When we ultimately found the house that we felt was fit to be our home, he researched covenants, reviewed documents with us, organized and walked through inspections, and was able to negotiate our ask while being in an aggressive and competitive seller marketplace. Lastly, Nestor’s reputation and network within the real estate community helped us ink a difficult deal, efficiently. Nestor took the stress out of buying a home. In this competitive market, some people might act fast just to get a house that looks good. He encouraged us to take our time and professionally assessed each property, often telling us about defects and issues with homes we liked. Nestor is so knowledgeable and experienced that he even kept us from offering more than we needed to in order to close the deal. Our home is beautiful and much bigger than the one in California.
