I can’t speak highly enough of Nestor as our real estate agent. As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Nestor! The process went so smoothly and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. Nestor was recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned that I was looking for an agent to sell my home. From the beginning Nestor knew what to do, he listened to me and what I wanted, after touring the home; (with his knowledge of general construction) he recommended simple alterations for the home that would increase my profits in the end. He said I didn't have to and he would sell the home AS IS, but if I did, it would pay off...I'm glad I listened to him! My home sold FAST, the process was painless, he was always on top of all the paperwork, etc...all in all; I honestly believe that because of Nestor, his recommendations and his knowledge, I made more money than if I had tried to sell on my own or elsewhere. There was tips he gave me, I would of never thought about as a regular person not in the real estate game. Everyone was happy in the end! Moving forward, I will definitely go with Nestor on my next purchase/sale, and I will recommended him to anyone looking to buy/sell. Go with Nestor if you want a great overall experience...

Hello I want to start this review by saying this is the second time Nestor has helped me and my family find a house in the San Diego market in the last 3 years! He was very helpful I was on deployment so my wife had to do a majority of the house hunting the open houses and process and not to mention I have 3 small kids, Nestor never had a problem meeting my wife at anytime to look at houses we looked at multiple upon multiple house (if you know anything about the San Diego market, you know why) he always beat us to the house to make sure this would be happy with the place. He’s a great guy and he’s also a great friend. He ended up gettin us our dream house in the sought after rancho del Rey area we couldn’t be more happy with everything. If you make him your realtor you won’t be disappointed.

As a renter for many years, I have always felt that the process of buying a house would be too daunting and that the next big step in “adulting” would be too difficult for me to achieve. However, I recently came to a place in life where renting was no longer viable solution. From our first discussion, Nestor was able to reassure me that I could take on the next step of purchasing a home and took special care to explain the process and helped to educate me on each step while ensuring that I was aware of market trends and statistics. Basically I placed one call to Nestor and I was given a miracle. Nestor not only got me squared away with loan and potential property advice but also held our hand through many difficult decisions that mattered while mitigating any potential downsides. Everyone wants a forever home but with the budget and market, we thought we would have to settle. However, Nestor refused to allow us think that way in fact he took note of each key feature we wanted in a home and made it happen. He also stayed in close contact with us multiple times a day just to keep us updated. Nestor’s knowledge and brilliant contract negotiation make sure that I was moving into a fully functioning home. My admiration for him has no limits and his skills and knowledge helped my family purchase a home that was above and beyond our expectations. I can unequivocally say that he is the best at what he does and you’ll never find someone else as caring, patient, and understanding from a real estate agent. My only sadness is I don’t get to work with him again until I buy another house.

I was fortunate finding Nestor when I was looking for my house. When we first met, he patiently listened to what I was looking for. He found several listings and showed me the homes I thought were my top candidates. He made the time to show me the homes around my work schedule. One of those houses turned out to be mine! Not only did he help me find a great house, but was with me during the property inspection and guided me through the whole paperwork process. He made things seem so fluid and simple. Mr. Rodriguez was the sixth Realtor that I came in contact with on my journey to find the perfect home. Despite looking at over 90 homes with other agents I simply told him what I was looking for and he made it very simply and easy. Nester was the constant professional Throughout the entire process he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect house to suit all of my needs. At closing he even paid to replace one of my large windows out of his on pocket to close this deal and make me happy. The wife and I put Nestor through the ringer. We spent the better part of two years looking at homes. At least 50. We changed our minds so many times it was unfair. But Nestor never wavered. He hung in there always with and a positive demeanor and a smile. He really wants you to be happy with your purchase and will wait as long as it takes to find you the right home. And he did! We are now almost 6 months in our new home and we like it more and more each day. Nestor's the best!
