We highly recommend working with Nhieu! We worked with Nhieu to purchase our first home in San Mateo. She was extremely knowledgeable, communicative and transparent. We appreciated her thoughtful explanations of everything throughout the home buying process as we are first time home buyers.

We appreciated that she was hands on and provided input when we wanted it, but also gave us space to form our own opinions. Nhieu was diligent about COVID-related safety protocols that kept us feeling safe and comfortable when we went to open house appointments. Nhieu is extremely reliable and worked quickly to put together offers. We know Nhieu made sure we had a competitive offer and we are thrilled to have worked with her. She has a lot of expertise and overall is an awesome person. We felt so supported and couldn't be happier in our new home.

RUN don't walk!!! Nhieu is the only realtor my husband and I will work with.

Nhieu is literally a magician and will make anything happen.... like getting your FIRST OFFER ACCEPTED as a FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER. If you have been in this market for a while and made several offers, seriously, Nhieu knows exactly what to do, say, and/or write, to get your offers accepted.

I have never seen anyone else put their Client first like Nhieu. We weren't exactly sure where to start and she gave us guidance on how to begin our search. So one random weekend, we decided to make an appointment for a listing and Nhieu met us there right as she got back from her weekend camping trip (she's working hard for us :')).

The moment we met in person she was so warm, personable, and then we went straight to business! We didn't even make it to the condo yet, but she started explaining what to look for in a complex. The flooring, the elevator, landscaping, the windows, the roof, etc. She was educating us the moment we stepped onto the property and it gave us confidence on what to look for during our search for our home.

After the appointment, we went to a few more open houses and my husband and I fell in love with the last condo unit we saw. Right away we called Nhieu, and she came to the property with us (literally the same day) to inspect it. After she inspected and said it would be a good buy, we went home, hopped on zoom, and she told us everything we needed to do to make a strong offer. The next day we made an offer and an hour later, she called us with good news that it was accepted! We were literally SHOCKED.

It's very obvious Nhieu's goal is to find your home with your budget in mind. You can tell she loves helping people with this new milestone in life, which is why we love her so much!

She is prompt, knowledgable, and will get stuff done! Not only did we have an amazing realtor, but we have a dear friend now. She is the best agent anyone can ask for and if you want your dream home now, Nhieu will get it done.

I have had the pleasure to work with Nhieu on a real estate transaction in Pacifica. She really exceeded my expectations. Her deep knowledge in real estate made the whole process less stressful. There were issues that arose throughout the escrow that she was able to take care of behind the scenes to ensure it closed successfully. I'm forever grateful. We weren't planning on buying a home because the market is very competitive in the Bay Area and we're pretty happy with our low rent in our SSF rental with a great landlord. We didn't think it would be possible to get all the things we wanted in a place within the budget that we needed to stay under. We were looking for a relatively new construction to avoid costly repairs. It needed to be min 3/2 with parking for 2 cars for our family to expand into. The list goes on so we were pleasantly surprised when Nhieu was able to find us something. We really feel lucky that we found a place while others are still looking 2 yrs later without success. We recommend her without hesitation.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for Nhieu because she's been so great and a pleasure to work with. I went through two other agents and had no success getting my offer looked at. She's been very helpful from the first interactions to closing. She went out her way to make sure everything went smooth. She always explained my questions and made sure I fully understood everything. My stress level reduced in half just because of how much confidence I had in her to get me my first home.

If I could give Nhieu 10 stars I would!
Nhieu is an absolute POWERHOUSE of a real estate agent! She went above and beyond throughout the home buying process for my wife and I. She was extremely knowledgeable, worked nonstop for us, and had so many connections/contacts to help. She made everything crystal clear throughout every step of the way. I truly cannot ask for a better person to have your back when getting your home as she always fought for us and made sure everything was done both quickly and accurately - all to ensure we found our dream home. On top of it, she is an amazing person who made you feel truly taken care of and was always a priority. I appreciate her so much and recommend her to anyone trying to find their home!

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now but I've been super busy. I'm writing this now because Nhieu deserves this five star review because she's an amazing realtor. Looking for a home is stressful for anyone especially in this crazy market! It's nice to have a knowledgable and caring person guide you through the entire process. Any time I've a question or need, she's there to help me out, doesn't matter the time of day. I'm a night owl and so is she so it's nice that I can text, call or email her in the middle of night. I've never worked with a realtor as responsive as Nhieu has been to my needs. I will certainly tell anyone looking for a realtor that she's the one to go to for help. She's my go to realtor for the rest of my life. :)

I've had the pleasure to work with Nhieu over the past decade. As a
property manager, I work with a lot of real estate agents. There are some
good ones and not so good ones. Nhieu stands out as a great agent. She is very responsive to her clients' needs and always put them first. She is
able to negotiate fantastic deals for her buyers and get the best dollar
amount possible for any sellers lucky enough to get to work with her. I

You are in luck when you have Nhieu to work with!
I had a great experience working with Nhieu. I was the listing agent for an off market property in Burlingame, and Nhieu was the buyer's agent. She was very responsive and proactive, even though there were unexpected situation happened, she handled it professionally.
