My experience with Nia, Nia understood me and my husband situation and what we were going through a divorce. Nia let us know what we need to do get a good fair amount for a house. She schedule a lot of people to look at our house she always kept us informed of people's opinions of our home and let us know if you needed to do anything to get it sold fast as possible. Nia really does care about people's needs and what you're looking for she is a very nice lady always polite and keeps everything on a professional level. I understand that we probably weren't the easiest clients considering our situation which was us going through a divorce. she never took sides and for that I thank you Nia very much for being a friend and our realtor
