Nia Sawyer helped me to find my dream home almost 4 years ago in the Chicago area. She was a DREAM to work with and made the entire process easy, so when my husband and I decided to make the move to Atlanta, we knew that Nia was the perfect person to get our home sold. She already knew the home and all that it had to offer; she also knew how much I loved the home and even though I had to let it go, I truly cared about who would become the new owner. We had some bumps during the selling process, however, Nia did not bend, rather, she stood on her word and never lost her passion and enthusiasm for selling our home. Living in Atlanta while selling a home in Chicago was no easy feat, but we were truly able to let it go and leave it all in Nia’s capable hands. We were not disappointed. Our home sold in December and Nia is STILL following up and making sure all is well. I highly recommend Nia Sawyer for your home buying and selling. Although we are in Atlanta now, when we are ready to purchase a home here, who do you think we’ll call first? Yes, Nia! We trust her and even if she cannot provide the service herself, I’d trust the person that she sends my way. Nia, thank you AGAIN for assisting us. You are amazing!

Wow where do I begin? This realtor rocks! She has been amazing from day one. She has been instrumental to several deals I have done. She is always available!! Expert listing agent who even goes above and beyond to help her colleagues. I’m so thankful to have met Nia in my real estate journey. I have been wanting to relocate back to Chicago for a while and it has been difficult locating a home on my own remotely with COVID and everything happening so I reached out to Nia after someone recommended her. My experience with her has been wonderful. She is incredibly responsive and has pretty much held my hand every step of the way.
