Nibal Elsaadi started his entrepreneurial career as the owner and developer of a construction company shortly after graduating with an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas. Later, Nibal acquired Professional Engineer status working as a Project Engineer, coordinating development plans with legal professionals, builders, residents, and developers.
Furthermore, as the owner of two retail establishments, Nibal effectively increased the profit of the company while enhancing his operational, sales, finance, and human resource experience. Continuing with his background in construction and engineering, Nibal acquired his licensed as a Florida Licensed General, and Residential Contractor. The knowledge and experience he gathered throughout his years in the contracting, construction, and the housing market, prepared him for the next big step in his career: residential real estate.
In 2003, Nibal successfully received his Florida Real Estate Broker License and that is how his unique relationship with SI Real Estate Investments, LLC begun.
