Originally from Sanibel Island, FL, Niccole moved to St. Marys just over 20 years ago. Her husband, Jim, was born and raised here in St. Marys, GA and she was drawn to the small-town charm and laid-back lifestyle. Niccole was very responsive when we had questions or concerns, she kept us informed during our whole process. What we really liked was the no pressure while we were looking at the homes we chose. We knew exactly what we wanted and Niccole didn’t try to lead us to homes that didn’t meet our needs. It’s important to understand your clients and respect them during the search process. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole Wildes as the listing agent for builder/Developer Corey Murrell. We have never had a more pleasurable experience in buying a home from these two individuals. This will be our first brand new home, however, between changes in job location we have bought four homes previously.
