I give all the praise to God for this opportunity and making it purposeful for Nichelle and I to meet. She has been absolutely heaven sent. She has been so informative and patient. Encourage me when I needed, a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. She has shown compassion to me outside the world of real estate, fought for me in negotiation and I couldn’t have asked for a better representation than her. It wasn’t an easy task but she has made this experience so much worth it. She’s not only my realtor but a big sister. From start to finish, Nichelle handled my listing professionally and thoroughly. She provided expertise in helping to the prepare the property for listing and was proactive in sharing our “coming soon” listing with her network. The house sold before it was active on the market. She was very responsive and worked with buyer to ensure a quick settlement. I would highly recommend Nichelle if you are looking to sell your home!

I would just like to say Nichelle , is a great realtor and this is HER job. Her communication is impeccable, and most importantly she cares about her clients. She makes you feel like you matter , and she’s not going to let something happen that’s unlawful . Nichelle also makes sure you understand everything to the fullest, and knows what’s going on. Nichelle also teaches her clients along the way, if you are confused about anything or just you don’t simply understand she’s takes the time to make sure that you do. Nichelle is also very professional. I will always use her as my realtor for the dmv area
