Nichelle was awesome. She took the worry out of selling my home. After my initial walk through with Nichelle, she was confident that we would have multiple offers within a week and she was right. After three days of showings, we received multiple offers and my house was taken off the market. I wasn't prepared to deal with how fast things moved but because of Nichelle's professionalism and ability to getting things done, I had no worries. She let me know when documents needed to be signed, when I needed to sign them, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. When I say Nichelle is a true professional with exceptional customer service skills, I mean it literally. I'm so happy to have entrusted the sell of my home to Nichelle
