Nikki goes above and beyond in so many ways. When she says she’s only a text or phone call away, she really means it. She was always present to answer my millions of questions and when my husband had his two or three she was patient and quick to respond. She made our home purchase a breeze ten years ago. Fast forward to now, she made the selling of our first home quick and easy. We can’t thank her enough.

Nikkii was very patient with my wife and I. We searched over a year to find our perfect home. She never became pushy or frustrated. When we would ask her to view a property she made all the arrangements and was always prompt to our appointment. After over a year searching for the right property after closing she still assist me with questions I have and I can call her anytime I have an issue concerning my property. I highly recommend her. The buy and selling process can be time consuming and complicated. My past experiences with realtors left me frustrated and disappointed, until I started working with Nikki. She is patient, smart, professional and always looking out for her client's best interest. She understands for most people buying or selling their home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes. I've sucessfully sold 3 homes and purchased 1 all with Nikki's help and I highly recommend her.

When my wife & I first met Nikki about twelve years ago, I did not know what to expect because that was my first time attempting to buy a house and we were so nervous. In just a few short minutes of our conversation it’s like we know her for a very long time. She’s patient, professional, understanding, helpful & very easy to talk to and the list goes on. She asked us what we prefer or what we want in a house and we told her our wish list. She took every detail into consideration down to the tea. She showed us a lot of nice areas that has good schools for our son and neighborhoods with a park. When we found the right house she bargained the price for us and allowed us to get more than we could imagined for a price within our budget. Now she is not only my real estate agent but she is also my friend. I would definitely recommend Nikki to anyone.
