Working with Nick Badalian was truly the best decision we made during both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. From day one, Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were informed, prepared, and confident in every single step of the process.

On the selling side, he walked through our home with a strategic eye and helped us prep it for the market in a way that maximized our return on investment. The guidance he gave on what to fix, update, or leave alone was spot-on — and it absolutely paid off. We didn't have an easy sale, but with every hiccup - Nick was right there prepped to pivot and guide us back on track.

On the buying side, Nick’s expertise was invaluable. The home we wanted was in a highly competitive market, and he crafted a thoughtful, strategic offer that ultimately became the winning bid. It was clear that he wasn’t just trying to “get the deal done”—he was working to get the right deal for us.

Throughout both transactions, Nick was extremely responsive, patient, and willing to answer every random question we threw at him (and there were plenty). He continually walked us through best-case and worst-case scenarios, which meant we always felt prepared, grounded, and empowered to make good decisions.

Buying and selling at the same time can be overwhelming, but Nick made it feel manageable, even seamless. We truly cannot thank him enough. If you’re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but who genuinely cares about your experience, Nick is your guy.

Nick and his staff made my home selling process a positive memorable life experience! These days it is hard to find good customer service. Well when I found Nick, I found a diamond in the ruff! He turned my home selling experience into an effortless, stress-free process. I cannot say enough positive words about him and his team. But to say the least, he was professional, prompt, courteous, attentive, and worked aggressively to get me the best deal in today's market.
