The Baldini name is notably regarded as a premier builder of many popular communities throughout New Castle County, Delaware, including Chapel Crest and Springer Woods in Brandywine Hundred, Stafford, and half of Nonantum Mills in Newark, and Deerfield, Stuyvesant Hills, and Village of Manley in Hockessin. Established in 1952, this multi-generational family company continues to provide relevant, quality homes today. Nick and Maria Baldini are deeply proud to be part of this history.

As the principals of The Baldini Team at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, Nick and Maria’s mission is straightforward: to use their knowledge and experience to work for you ­- and this team has plenty of both to share. Their warm-hearted personalities and earnest desire to continually add to their arsenal of skills are important to their success. Nick passed the broker examination in 2014. Therefore, he holds both the REALTOR® and the Associate Broker designations. In 2016, Nick completed the Sales Mastery Program from Real Estate Leadership. In addition, Nick is a board member of the Newark Landlord Association. Maria and Nick received staging certification, and both are licensed real estate agents in Delaware and Pennsylvania. The Baldini Team has been recognized no less than seven times by The Realty Alliance “in recognition of an exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real-estate sales professionals in North America.”
