Nicholas Carlisle

Nick has spent the past 23 years in Arizona developing deep roots and intimate relationships within the finance, restaurant, commercial relocation, and real estate communities. Nick began his Arizona journey in the East Valley and has since migrated mainly to the West/North Valley where he has lived and worked for the past 15 years. Nick has a diverse background of experience, from his first job as an Archery Coach and Bow Tech at a locally owned shop to a record-setting sales associate at Bank of America to more recently attaining the rank of Top Producer at a national real estate brokerage, surpassing more than 12,000 other licensed Realtors. Nick has spent the past 7 years specifically focused on residential and investment real estate, prioritizing his time developing relationships with Arizona families and those looking for uniquely-tailored real estate investments. Nick’s goal is to listen, ask questions, and observe well enough so that he can advise, direct, and anticipate needs throughout the entire process. Nick was educated entirely in Arizona, graduating from Liberty High School in Peoria with Academic Honors, and going on to be educated at Arizona Christian University in Phoenix. Nick then attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale as the jumping-off point for his real estate career. Nick is dedicated, steadfast, and disciplined in serving his clients as well as in his personal life. Nick recently completed an aggressive 1-year exercise and weight loss program successfully losing nearly 50lbs and plans to maintain a long-term lifestyle incorporating his family’s health. Nick has strived to remain active in churches here in Arizona and is currently a member of a local church in Peoria where he is involved in the worship ministry and other outreach programs. Nick and his wife, Lauren, are active Foster Parents and adopted their eldest daughter from the Arizona child welfare system. They recently gave birth to their second daughter, and plan to continue to be active in the Arizona child welfare system.
