Nicholas has called Washington home after arriving from the humid heat of Texas in 2001. Having spent his childhood in Texas, mainly Dallas and San Antonio - the Pacific Northwest was a whole new world for him. Now, it’s a landscape that feels like it’s part of him. He has been a business owner in Tacoma since 2013 and since then, continues to celebrate this city with all of its changes, the ebbs, and flows.
Over the past five years, he has been lucky enough to channel his dedication to South Puget Sound throughout the world of real estate. As an agent, he has helped manage over 100 transactions and moves, encompassing residential, commercial, multi-family, vacant land, and more. He has the privilege of helping Sellers and Buyers from across the country relocate to the area and as their agent, strives to offer excellent support to every single one of his clients.
It’s crucial that Nicholas's clients have the tools and resources they need to confidently move forward and he makes a point to provide that for them. Part of his strategy in being a great Realtor is staying hyper-focused on the current market, continuing education surrounding the areas he serves, and looking ahead of the curve to anticipate where the market is trending and how that affects homeowners.
Another aspect of setting himself apart as a Realtor is thinking outside the box. He looks for ways to give his clients big wins while doing his job with dignity and having a great time. And ultimately, he wants to be a person that people truly enjoy working alongside. He believes that if Realtors guide and lead with respect, and professionalism, and have the ability to work with - not against - the individuals on the other side of the transaction, then everyone leaves the table with less stress and more confidence
When Nicholas is not on the phone with a lender, snapping photos of homes about to go on the market, or touring with clients - you can find him enjoying time with his wife, Brooke, and their two pups, Rio and Lita. They love supporting great small businesses in Tacoma and when they do get away, you’ll probably find them unwinding in Sayulita, Mexico.
