About Nicholas

Nick DiCosola has been active in the High Desert Real Estate Community for the past 20 years. Prior to this, he had a
a successful career in the computer industry. Nick worked for Data General Corporation marketing mainframe and super minicomputers for accounting and manufacturing applications. He was also involved in the sale and distribution of software throughout the United States for various companies including Global Software and Computer Associates. Nick began his Real Estate career in 1984 as a loan originator for Director’s Mortgage. He was a sales agent with Coldwell Banker, United California Realty, and Shear Realty. Since 1994, his emphasis has been on Commercial Real Estate. In 2001, Nick joined Lee & Associates® where he focused full time on the sale and leasing of commercial property. During the last couple of years, he has been involved in site location for retail tenants such as Walgreen’s, and Starbucks. Nick conceived the marketing strategy for Jess Ranch Market Place, which is a 75-acre retail power center in the Town of Apple Valley that has Target as the anchor, and worked with the landowner and the city to package the project for more development. Nick is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the American Realtors Association (AIR).
