Where to start with our experience working with Nick. First let's start with the bad.....(crickets chirping, a lone wolf howls in the distance). Now that that's out of the way, we only have good, positive things to say about this guy.

We have sold homes through other agents in the past, but this has been our BEST experience ever. Nick went WAY above and beyond our expectations. He is professional, has an eye for details and makes sound, well thought out recommendations. He was with us step by step the entire process. Nick was on top of everything and nothing was missed or fell through the cracks. He is knowledgeable and well connected in his industry.

First off, his communication with us and staying on top of things was second to none. If we had a question about something, we could call him at any reasonable time. He would answer our questions and it never seemed like we were inconveniencing him. We almost always had at least one, if not more, updates on the progress of our home including views, interested parties, offers, etc. each and every week. We were never left wondering how things were going.

Second, to be clear, my wife and I had the home we were selling ready for market when home sales turned south somewhat. If Nick was concerned, we never knew it and it never showed from his end. His marketing knowledge, the way he presented our home, his ideas to generate interest and views... seriously, we didn't have to worry about anything. Our home always had people interested in it and we had multiple offers... even during a down-turn time in home sales!!

In closing, besides just being an all around great guy to work with, it was very clear to us that Nick is passionate about what he does. He has your best interest in mind and you walk away from the experience with him knowing you were treated honestly and fairly... that's often not an easy thing to find in business now-a-days. If you want a positive sales or buying experience, Nick Fillhart is the guy you want on your side. We cannot recommend him highly enough. You want the best? Ask for Nick Fillhart!! Thank you Nick!

From a young age I have always dreamt of having a place to call home but had doubts that owning a home was possible. I have worked with several real estate agents in the past and had negative experiences with them, to the point where I was ready to give up. My brother gave me Nick’s contact information, I reached out to give this goal one more shot. Within a couple of months I closed on our first home! Nick made purchasing a home stress free! He is super flexible, and easy going. I did not feel pressured into purchasing a home. He took the time to understand what type of house my family and I wanted. I highly recommend working with Nick!

I think most folks can agree that buying a home, especially their first, can be quite overwhelming, exciting, frustrating, and joyous - all in one. Nick eased all of our worries. He went to bat for us, listened to our wants and needs, and was honest with us. He was communicative and available for us every single step of the way, including his wife, Brandi, who helped us with our loan. Also I think it’s important to mention, we bought our home during one of the craziest times in housing market history earlier this year, meaning extra time, extra pressure. Nick maintained his confidence and assured us that everything would work out, and handled every bump in the road like a dang champion. Nick is an expert in his profession. My husband and I love where we live, and we have Nick to thank for helping us find our home!!

Buying your first home can be nerve wrecking but Nick put all our worries at ease. He helped us purchase our home in 2017. At first our offer was not accepted on the house we fell in love with but he kept searching for the right one. Than that house we lover had the offer they accepted over ours fall through and they came back asking if we were still interested. Nick was able to close the deal, and for less than our first offer to them! His constant communication is amazing and shows his dedication to his work. Thanks, Nick!

Nick is the best real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to work with thus far. He helped me and my wife (new weds) find a house in a very hot market in which it seemed IMPOSSIBLE to find a house and get an offer accepted . We had very little cash on hand, so keeping our offers competitive was something difficult during our time searching for a house (2020-2021). Nick helped keep our offers strong, landing my family a beautiful home. He was very punctual with all of our visits, answered all of our questions as first time buyers, sent us recommendations based on what we were looking for, etc. He always made the drive to us, regardless of distance. He checks every box off of a grade A Realetor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Nick!

We met Nick as we were buying our first house. The entire process moved so fast and honestly we had no idea what we were doing. Nick was such a fantastic realtor. I have bad anxiety. Hands down if we did not have him, not only would we not jave gotten our house, but we would not have closed anywhere near as quickly or as smooth as we did. My wife and I had the most amazing experience buying our first home with Nick. We bought at the peak of the market and it was tough to find the house we wanted but he was so patient with us and never pressured us into making decisions. Nick educated us about the process and helped guide us to the outcome we wanted. In the end we bought a nicer house than we ever thought we could get, and got it for a great deal. This was solely due to Nick’s knowledge and ability to negotiate in our favor. We have recommended him to friends and it was reaffirming to hear they got the same experience as we did.
