Nicholas Herz

Nick Herz is a Managing Director and Partner in the Capital Markets group. In this capacity he is focused on expanding debt finance, equity placement, and investment sales activity. His experience encompasses capital transactions in excess of $2 billion across all major asset classes.

Prior to joining Boston Realty Advisors, Mr. Herz served as Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets groups at CB Richard Ellis/New England and Colliers International (formerly Meredith & Grew). Nick is a member of NAIOP, ULI and REFA. He received a BA in Economics from Tulane and an MBA from Babson College.
