Nick has been a resident of Southeastern Massachusetts his entire life. His love for real estate first came as an investor and he has experience purchasing and remodeling local single family homes for the over three years prior to becoming a realtor. Nick's true passion for real estate resides in the relationships that develop with his clients and always looking out for their best interests. Having sold 100s of properties and purchased plenty of his own, he can truly relate to what his clients' needs are, whether buying or selling. Nick is a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Active Member of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, and is a Member of the Massachusetts & Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service. Nick holds a Bachelors degree in Art and Design and Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and was a public school teacher for 6 years, as well as an exhibiting fine artist. His background as an artist allows him to provide a strong sense of design and renovation advice and having been a teacher, he understands the different ways people learn and how to differentiate his services to work best for each client.
