Nicholas LoGrasso

Background
A native Bay Area resident, I was educated in Los Altos and Mountain View and have a vast understanding of the marketplace, trends, schools, and communities of Silicon Valley. I am a third-generation real estate professional and developed a passion for real estate investing while attending Santa Clara University. After college I spent time working for a Los Altos luxury real estate developer where I learned about investing in property improvements, how to work with contractors and vendors, and how to best present a property for sale. I am also an avid gardener and have been referred to as a “curb appeal” specialist.

Philosophy
Real estate is a relationship-based business. Clients trust me with what is usually their biggest asset or life decision and I take that responsibility very seriously. I provide honest advice and guidance, take a very detailed approach, and work very hard to get the highest price for my listings or find the very best property for my client’s needs. My ultimate goal is to provide such high-integrity service that my clients return and refer me to their friends and family.
