About Nicholas

Background
A native Bay Area resident, I was educated in Los Altos and Mountain View and have a vast understanding of the marketplace, trends, schools, and communities of Silicon Valley. I am a third-generation real estate professional and developed a passion for real estate investing while attending Santa Clara University. After college I spent time working for a Los Altos luxury real estate developer where I learned about investing in property improvements, how to work with contractors and vendors, and how to best present a property for sale. I am also an avid gardener and have been referred to as a “curb appeal” specialist.

Real estate is a relationship-based business. Clients trust me with what is usually their biggest asset or life decision and I take that responsibility very seriously. I provide honest advice and guidance, take a very detailed approach, and work very hard to get the highest price for my listings or find the very best property for my client’s needs.
