Nicholas is my forever realtor. As a first time home buyer I was clueless as to where to start. I knew I wanted a home to raise my family in but hearing the horror stories i was very apprehensive. Nicholas assured me that he represented my best interest and trusting him was the best decision I could have made. He made sure I was connected to the right lender for my situation. He was patient and didn’t push me to make a decision but was knowledgeable at every turn. He stayed on top of my lender once we found my home and ensured that I was on top of submitting any required information. Nicholas went above and beyond all expectations I had and got me to the closing table within 30 days!! He explained everything from start to finish and the biggest piece that sticks out to me is his communication! No matter what questions I had he was always available and always ensured that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He is phenomenal and I recommend everyone I know who are looking to buy or sell to Nicholas. His negotiation skills, professionalism, and expertise is unmatched! I am grateful that he was my realtor and I can’t wait to work with him on my next purchase!

Working with Mr. Newton was an absolute pleasure. He listened to what my wants, desires as well as Needs were regarding my new home. Best Realtor Ever! We were first time homebuyers in a pandemic . We were the first people in our family to purchase a home so we had little knowledge about home ownership. Nic educated us and referred us to different programs and lenders to get the better interest and not be house poor. Nic took care of everything , all We had to do was Say Yes To The Key. Nic helped my wife and I get a 0.8% interest on our home , “Yes you read it correctly , 0.8%) , we are still in shock. Nic was so patient , we viewed over 15 homes (IN A PANDEMIC) and not once did we feel pressured to sign. Whenever we sent him a home that we liked , he had an appointment set up within an hour to view the home . He responded to every text , email and call within minutes . Overall 10 STARS and we will be using him again to help purchase our business property.

Nicholas was flat out amazing!!! From the very beginning of the process he was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to really put me at ease about the whole home buying process, which I had already heard could be very stressful. Buying a House during this pandemic had us extremely nervous, but Nic made it easy for us! He took his time doing multiple showings each week, and when my fiancé and I weren’t seeing eye to eye he gave us appealing options that were a happy medium for both of our liking. We suffered through the No’s and ended up with a house that was perfect for our family and under our all in budget. We've been in our home for three years today. When we first started our home buying process Nic asked me for a list. He wanted to know EXACTLY what we wanted. Each house he showed had everything on that list with the exception of the closeness to other homes. At first I was very set on MY LIST until Nic got me to open up and allow him to REALLY help. He asked me if I was willing to take a look at our current neighborhood. He knew I would like it. When I came out I LOVED IT. We have all that we wanted in our home plus land. I knew what we wanted. Nice knew what we needed. I am happy we chose him to help us on our journey. He even stepped in a few times when the loan company wasn't doing their job. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to get my family our home. I remember waking up to emails he sent through the night. He continued to work around the clock for us. He still checks on us now. His dedication is much appreciated. I would recommend him to ANYONE who is looking to purchase a home. He's friendly, dedicated and professional.
