Nick and Kayla served as our realtors for both our listing and as well as our new home. They both remained positive and were always there to lift our spirits during times when it seemed things were not working out in our favor. Nick was able to secure a contract on our house for more money than he had promised we could receive. He was knowledgeable about the negotiation process once we had decided on the house for us which is super important in this current Real Estate market.
This experience would not have been possible without the sweet demeanor and eagerness to help of Kayla. I am so glad we met and she became such a big part of this journey. I believe she will continue to grow and blossom into a successful agent on her own.

Nick, an absolute legend!

To be honest, I wasn't even looking for another house. I've known Nick for ten years and apparently he knew what I didn't even know I wanted when he sent me a listing and the advice to get an offer in fast before the deal was gone. I still can't believe the absolutely crazy deal he single handedly negotiated for me, but I'm so incredibly happy I had him working for me and not against me. Highly recommend this guy to anyone who wants a house, or, in my case, just wanted an ear to the ground. I haven't used him on the selling end yet but I can't wait for him to make me rich when I decide to sell.

This is my third real estate transaction with Nick (two sales, one purchase) and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with his service and performance. Nick is not like most realtors! He doesn't pressure you or make you feel like a number. He is professional, caring, attentive, and a fighter. We were new to Savannah, not in a great living situation but we were not going to settle on any home. Nick listened to our needs and knew our budget. Nick sent many homes but only one was it. We were surprised that the first home we saw ended up being the home for our family. After Nick went to bat for us, we got the win and we are thrilled. We appreciate everything he did and glad we got a new friend in the process!

Nick exceeded our expectations as a realtor.
