Nick Podrebarac is by far one of the best realtor I have had the opportunity to work with. We had been through 5 different realtors who did not take our needs and wants into consideration the way Nick did for us. Not only did he help us find our beautiful home that met all of our needs, but during mid epidemic when the market was tougher than it is currently. He stayed very active through emails, calls, texts and answered any questions I had. I recommend Nick to all of my family and friends and would not hesitate to work with him again.
