My experience working with Nick was very positive. As a first time homeowner, he took the time to explain, in detail the homebuying process as I had many questions. He was also timely with submitting mandatory paperwork to meet deadlines. He also ensured that I completed a homebuyer class that gave me excellent insight about all the things that homebuyers should do to complete the process like inspections etc. Nick showed up to all home viewings on time which is very important and did not complain about distance or location. I would go through the process again with Mr. Price.

Nick Price is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Nick really cared about me as a clients as well as the community and neighborhood my sons and I was going to live in. Nick found our dream home. His advice and support through closing was invaluable.
