Since 1992, Nick has proudly called the North Carolina Triangle area his home. With a family deeply involved in real estate, he has been immersed in the industry for most of his life. This familial exposure influenced Nick's decision to acquire his North Carolina Real Estate Broker License in 2013.

After completing a rewarding five-year enlistment in the United States Navy and returning to his roots in North Carolina, Nick found his passion for residential rentals and property management. The ability to follow protocols and adhere to regulations is ingrained in Navy personnel, which translates seamlessly into ensuring that properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Recognizing the value of skill enhancement, Nick also took the step of becoming a landlord for his own rental investments. This endeavor aligned seamlessly with his steadfast goal of offering unparalleled, informed, and excellent service. For Nick, transitioning into the role of a landlord was a natural progression that complemented his innate capabilities. It was a pragmatic decision that fully utilized his talents and expertise.
