Nicholas Strickland

I’m Nicholas Strickland, Nich if you like. Las Vegas has been home since 1991, and I’ve served the valley as a Nevada REALTOR® since 2013.

Affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Universal, I work with clients across Southern Nevada navigating the purchase and sale of residential property. My practice is grounded in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and emphasizes clear communication, responsible representation, and written agreements that guide clients from consultation through closing.

Professional designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and GREEN, along with the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) certifications. I am also a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and serve on several Las Vegas REALTORS® committees including Community Outreach, Diversity, Global, and Risk Management.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy the Vegas lifestyle; live shows, yoga, bicycling, local breweries, and cheering on the Golden Knights, Aces, Raiders, Aviators, Lights, and the Athletics.
