I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my home than I had with Nick Vandekar! I felt a bit nervous as mortgage rates started to rise -- "Will that impact the time it takes to sell my home?" -- Well, I needn't have worried -- He helped me stage my home, he then marketed it in all channels possible, and lo and behold my home sold in 2 days above the asking price, with all inspections waived! Thank you, Nick Vandekar!

Nick did a fantastic job selling our house. He helped us prepare for the photo shoot, showings, and the two open houses that we had.
