If you are looking at reviews don't think twice. This is your guy. My husband and I were looking for our first home to buy and we didn't have an agent yet. We were just going to open houses on our own. We happened to stumble across a house that was in our price range, preffered location and was definitely what we were looking for in a home. As with everyone we had a few friends who highly recommended one agent or another. And Nick was one of them. We gave him a call late at night and he got us started. We made the right choice. Not only was he personable, easy to work with and answered any questions we had about the process (and I had a lot!) He also recommended we go with a great lender so the whole process was seemless. Even when there were speed bumps Nick went above and beyond to make sure everything went back on track and now here we are. All moved in to our first home (it was even the first house we put an offer in on!) and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Nick and Tony for everything.

Nick has been fantastic to work with. He showed us countless houses and only ones we wanted to see. When we had our perfect home he helped ensure we put in the right offer to get it! He went the extra mile during closing when some issues were encountered to make sure we got all things resolved before signing on the dotted line.
Even though we are happy in our current home, anytime we see another home we are interested in Nick is always willing to research and show it.
Bottom line: Nick is knowledgeable and personable. He will only show you properties you want and is never pushy. He will make sure you are successful in getting into the home you want.

He gave honest advice and was knowledgeable about what may cause issues with the type of mortgage we had and the purchase being completed. It was super convenient that the Jeremy Schneider team has a closed box truck that their clients can use for free to help them move, that was a huge help in our situation especially! I can not say enough good things about working with Nick! He has been absolutely fantastic!! I know he has multiple clients at a time but he always made us feel like we were VIP clients! His attention to detail and willingness to help us at all times was top notch! He responded to texts very quickly and is very knowledgeable which was great because we had no idea what we were doing! He held our hand as we bought our first house in this crazy market! AND! He talked the sellers down $3000 when the appraisal came back lower than what we had agreed to pay! I don’t know how he did it but he saved us $3000!!! Nick is incredible and I recommend everyone work with him! You will not be dissatisfied and you WILL find your dream house!!

I've known Nick for years. I normally try to not mix friends and family with finances. In this case I'm glad I did. Nick does good work.

I'm writing this in 2022 during a housing shortage. Things are very different from the last time I bought in 2009. Several homes I looked at sold for $50k or more over their asking price. Nick was adept at predicting how long homes would stay on the market, how much they'd eventually sell for, etc. It helped me keep my sanity when I was close to giving up on this market.

Nick represented me as the buyer in a recent home purchase. He was a dream to work with. Professional, persistent, and sharp. I had 100% confidence in him throughout the process and knew he would not let anything fall through the cracks. There was even one time that he couldn’t make a meeting with us so he sent Jeremy Schneider himself to help us out. We were very impressed with Jeremy and the company as a whole. Everyone has a realtor friend that they recommend because it’s their friend, but I did not. I was randomly paired with Nick through a Zillow inquiry, and I really lucked out with how great he was.
