Nick is quick to respond , honest and to the point. Nick follows through with everything he says he is going to do exactly when he says he is going to do it.
We had some "handyman" special work done in our home that Nick spotted right away and gave us quality suggestions on how to fix this mishap and still be able to put our home on the market. He will do whatever it takes to make the selling and buying process a breeze.
I love that Nick respects me as his client and represents me. He does not play both sides just to make a deal.
Not only is Nick a wonderful real estate agent, he is also a licensed and insured General Contractor and Inspector.
Thats a huge help going in to a prospective new property, he can spot something just not right that you would miss with an untrained eye.
Nick has been my realtor for buying, selling and renting. The BEST!
