Nicholas Wilson

Nic Wilson is not the average real estate broker. He is a trusted advisor and advocates with a long tenure of service in the public sector as well as in his real estate practice. Nic’s client database includes successful business people, attorneys, first-time home buyers, executives, family, and friends, all of whom will attest to his deep knowledge of Oregon real property sales, from small condominiums to multi-million dollar luxury estates and riverfront properties. A US Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division for six years with several overseas assignments, Nic also spent 12 years with a local Police Department, earning several accommodations for life-saving actions in the line of duty before choosing to pursue a new service-oriented career, this time in real estate. Before pivoting to practicing as an independent agent in the fall of 2021, Nic trained with one of Portland’s elite real estate sales teams, participating in the group’s annual sales of over $100 million. Personally, Nic sells an average of 30-40 homes per year and has achieved more than $90 million in sales volume since obtaining his broker’s license in 2017. Nic serves his clients with the same honesty and integrity that defined his previous tours of duty in the military and law enforcement.
