Nicholas Zerfas

Nic’s interest in real estate started shortly after he graduated from Grand Rapids high school while he was working for a local home builder. He worked for several years in the construction industry building homes and then went on to work in the Twin Cities installing passenger elevators. His passion for real estate brought him back to the Grand Rapids area. He moved back to work at a local lumber yard selling building materials. At that time, he also started investing in real estate and flipping homes. In 2021 Nic decided to go all in and get his real estate license.

Growing up in the Grand Rapids area, Nic is no stranger to what northern Minnesota has to offer. He enjoys many of its amenities with his friends and family which include spending time on the lake, sitting next to a bonfire, or on an adventure in the woods. Although Nic may be new to being a real estate agent, his ability to build relationships and work his way through a real estate transaction is apparent. He has completed just over thirty transactions in his first 10 months.

In business, Nic believes in building strong relationships and becoming an expert in his industry. Education never stops, he is continuously investing in his education through masterminds and mentorships to grow his understanding of the industry and better serve his clients.
