With multiple buyers in play, Nichole was able to negotiate a deal without my having to over pay. She works hard and goes well beyond the scope of an agent’s duties. We were contracted to purchased a home with the help of Nichole and found her to always be available when needed, but what impressed us most was her attention to detail helping us thru every aspect of the process. However, that is not the best part of Nichole's service. Just prior to closing, my discovered illness suggested that buying and moving at that time was not in the best interest of my health. Nichole stayed with us all the way and aided us in the cancellation of the contract. We can't say enough about the top shelf professionalism of Nichole. At the appropriate time, in the future, we would not hesitate to reach out for Nichole's help.
