Nichole was so fantastic to work with! She helped find our dream house in Andover. After living in Columbia Heights for 5 years, we decided we wanted more land for our pups. We've now been living in our dream home for a year, and everything about it is perfect. She helped check all the boxes we were looking for in a home, and then some! I highly recommend working with Nichole. Her negotiation skills are top notch, and she communicated and explained all the confusing things that come with buying a home, in a way that was so easy to understand.

My wife and I chose to work with Nichole to both sell our old place in Mendota Heights and search for and buy our new place in Victoria. We. Could. Not. Be. Happier. From the initial video call, where Nichole focused all her attention on us – not just as prospective clients, but as human beings with a long list of practical, aesthetic and financial wants, needs, preferences, fears, etc. – to joining us (WAY out of her way) at closing with a gift in hand, Nichole went above and beyond. She was a sounding board, a reliable source of helpful information, a cheerleader, an advocate (sometimes a much needed devil’s advocate), and a friend (and, okay, and maybe a bit of a couple’s counselor in tense moments!). She even heard my off-handed comment about liking the kitchen table that was in our new place for staging … and included it in our offer! We are loving our first summer in the new place and once we get the last of our furniture placed (“supply chain issues,” ya know) Nichole and her husband will be treated to an epic meal … and a couple of beers! When it comes to Nichole … we’re sold! We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Nichole is amazing and so fun to work with! She was there for us every step of the way for our first home selling experience and we had such a great time looking at houses when it came time to buy a new one.
