Nichole Moore

As a Broker Associate licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, I am a Relocation Specialist and designated Luxury Home Specialist. After working several years exclusively representing a single Builder Client in the Luxury market, I recognized that it was time to evaluate my priorities and align my goals. In early 2017, I broadened my business to serve Buyers and Sellers across the market.

In 2016, I was recognized in the top 4% of Agents in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network nationwide, earning a place in the President’s Circle as the #8 agent locally with C. Dan Joyner REALTORS®. In the year prior, I was recognized in the top 7% of Agents in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

I bring years of professional experience in Communications to my career in Real Estate. I have a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications from Duquesne University and am a Veteran of the United States Navy.

In 2007 our family moved from my home state, Pennsylvania, to the Upstate of South Carolina. I am married to Greenville Native, Cary Moore, and we have 3 children, Jonah, Ayden, and Beckett. We share our home in Five Forks with our furry, four-legged friend, Maddox.

Currently, I serve the Greenville community serving as Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council for the Home Builders Association of Greenville (HBA) and had served with Greenville Literacy Association (GLA) from 2012-2013, 2015-2018.
