About Nichole

Adventures in real estate come naturally to Nichole, as her husband is the owner of OURCO Construction Company. Together they have built a portfolio of projects and properties and enjoy being a part of of their clients’ love story with WNC. Nichole understands that buying and selling real estate is about so much more than a transaction: it’s about possibilities and dreams, risks and rewards.

Nichole fell in love with Western North Carolina nearly 30 years ago while vacationing in the area. Returning often, she explored from Banner Elk to Brevard, Weaverville to Lake Lure, even honeymooning in Cashiers. So it was a journey of the heart that lead her and her husband to eventually relocate to the mountains from their native Miami, FL, ten years ago. They chose to settle in quaint historic Flat Rock, with their two children and terrier-mix Happy.
