About Nichole

My journey in the real estate world kicked off in January 2002, thanks to a good friend who is also a REALTOR. His excitement and passion for helping clients made such an impression on me that I was inspired to get my Real Estate License, and I have been enjoying every moment of it ever since!

Over the years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in various areas of real estate, including short sales, assisting first-time home buyers, property management, and Section 8 rentals. It has brought me so much joy to help clients find their first and second homes, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful feedback I receive, as many clients refer me to their loved ones.

In addition to my real estate work, I am a Notary Public and have a certificate in Paralegal Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

I am also passionate about giving back to the community, supporting both local and international charitable initiatives. I love being a proud sponsor of the annual “Amityville Day” event, which brings our community together.
