Nichole was recommended to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! I was trying to find a rental for a family member who had a low budget and was trying to be able to stay near family and Nichole worked diligently and tirelessly to find my relative a place to live. Without her we wouldn’t have gotten the price that we needed to get in order to be able to pay off all our debts and move to another state, as well as put a down payment on our new home! Five-Star rating for Five Star Service! Nichole explained the process, kept me informed along the way, and did all the behind the scenes stuff seamlessly (staging, photos, etc) which made life so much easier and less stressful for me. I cant say enough about the peace of mind I had knowing that she was on top of everything, including informed guidance at critical decision points.

I was remote for some of the process and she stepped in to help coordinate and keep things moving as I was prepping the house for sale. Very professional, very easy to work with, and more importantly looking out for her client!
