Nick Ackerman

Nick Ackerman's focus is the purchase and sale of multi-family, land, retail, industrial and investment properties in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Nick advises clients using the latest technological tools and resources, with the assistance of the professional support staff at NAI Norwood Group. Nick understands each client is unique and makes sure to understand their needs.

Prior to his move back to New Hampshire from the DC area, Nick was a project manager for a design/build firm where he managed the development of multi-family and custom home projects which ranged anywhere from $200,000-$5,000,000, and obtained the designation of Certified Graduate Builder from the NAHB. Since returning to New Hampshire he has developed new commercial construction projects as a partner in a successful commercial construction company. Through these experiences Nick has developed an extensive background in contract negotiations, business development, and customer service, while also understanding the day to day business functions clients require.
