About Nick

In 2008, Nick began his career in the real estate industry and was mentored by a well-known and widely recognized, top producing agent in Alameda County. He collaborated very closely with him learning the basics of real estate by helping him manage the REO/bank owned side of his business. Within the first year of Nick’s career, his mentor promoted him to his listing manager and instantly he knew selling real estate was not going to be just a job, but a passion. Nick attended the highly accredited Anthony Real Estate School in Foster City, CA and passed the California State Real Estate Licensing exam on his first try. As a new licensee he furthered his education by aggressively training and mentoring with his broker and attending the Keller Williams agent training programs. Nick was also coached by the Mike Ferry Organization, North America’s leading real estate coaching and training organization. He is still practicing the knowledge he obtained from Mike Ferry’s organization and continues to further his education by enlisting in classes to learn new real estate laws and update his knowledge on the constant changing market. He is the youngest of three boys who were all born and raised right here in Castro Valley. He started in the real estate industry right out of high school and fell in love with it. As a 19-year-old Realtor it was difficult convincing buyers and sellers to trust him with their sale, but he always managed to earn their business and prove that he is knowledgeable and is always looking out for their best interest. His first year as a licensed Realtor, he closed seven transactions and improved every year since then. He is the youngest Realtor in his office and one of the highest producing Realtor at the Castro Valley Coldwell Banker Office. When he is not selling real estate, he enjoys all types of outdoor activities including Camping, water sports, taking his boat out, riding his Harley, playing/watching sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Specialties: First time home buyers - Being one of the youngest Realtors in the Castro Valley area he has focused the buying side of his business to help first time home buyers. He can relate to them and make them feel comfortable through the buying process. Trust & Probate Sales - His family owns Santos Robinson Mortuary in San Leandro, so he has been around that industry his whole life. Once he became a realtor, he learned the ins and outs of trust and probate sales to assist the families from Santos Robinson. REO/Bank Owned - When he began his career, he worked for a broker with multiple REO accounts and helped manage the bank owned listings, so he is familiar with the foreclosure and bank owned sale process.
