I chose Team Bosley because of the friendly tone of their reviews. I was apprehensive about listing my house. In my mind, it was in need of repair and presented some unique challenges. Nick gently laid out a strategy and suggested a starting price. Nate ran quietly and efficiently in the background doing groundwork and providing open communication. I found these guys to be as open and honest as the day is long! From the beginning I was aware that this was a family business. However, I had no idea that that through this process, their business would become family!!

Nick was absolutely professional and went above and beyond in helping us to sell my mother’s home in Gold Canyon. My mother had to relocate to Las Vegas due to diminishing health. Her home sat empty for nearly four years before we decided to put it on the market. We relied on Nick’s expertise to navigate a market that our family did not know. With his knowledge of the real estate market and marketing of the home we were able to sell the home and achieve a price that my brother and I were comfortable with.

Nick was incredibly professional in all our dealings with him for selling our vacant land. He was proactive and tried to find the best buyer for our lot. We are investors and would recommend other investors to work with him if you're thinking about it.

I went through the process with a few of the "new way" RE apps. They gave me "offers subject to inspection." Nick said he could do better. There were a few complications which Nick helped me work through and also got me $5000 more than my highest offer and no "extra fees."

When a very interested buyer came back for a second look, he had to wait while other buyers were viewing my house and when he left there were multiple people waiting to go in. I Have developed an intense dislike for realtors. They do NOTHING to provide information on properties they are wanting to sell and get a fat payday for themselves. Their answer to everything is to list "as is" and customer must figure out the problems. They are lazy, incompetent, inept greedy, people and buyers as well as sellers are all finding other ways to purchase because of it. Most of them will soon be out of business and whining about it.
NICK on the other hand was superior. He researched the well information, water main information, survey information, septic information, SRP Electric information and everything else he found might be helpful to a buyer. I didn't ask him to do it, HE JUST DID IT. He actually went out and walked the property....OMG what a concept, knowing what you're trying to sell. Nick was instantly responsive to any phone call I made to him and did everything he could to get answers for me. GREAT GUY AND WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. THANKS NICK!!!
