THIS IS THE BEST REALTOR TO SELL YOUR HOME! We chose Nick and without any trouble he sold our home for full price. Even when the buyers lender closed its doors one day before closing, Nick had them approved with another and we closed in two weeks! The pictures, videos and 3D tours looked so much better than when we had originally purchased the home. We are very happy to use Nick and would recommend him to sell your home.

In the last 1 1/2 years , I have purchased 3 homes in the area with Nick's Help . As a lifelong "Local" , Nick knows the area well and all the pro's and cons and was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. important to me is response time when working with a professionals. nothing is more important when time matters and Nick was always easy to get a hold of and would respond very quickly even after hours. Always felt Nick was very trustworthy as well and never thought he was leading me in a direction that was to his benefit only. if i asked , he was there. I would and plan to use his service again in the near future!

nick was very proffessional, he took awesome pictures and drone videos of the home we listed with him. he was punctual and very knowledgable about the market. he recommended listing the property much higher than 2 other realtors had recommended. we are so glad we went with nick, we sold the house in a week and 15000.00 dollars over listed price. we could of lost a lot of money if we went with the other realtors. thanks nick, and thank you for the low cost tips to make our home more desirable. little things do matter.

SOLD MY HOME FOR FULL PRICE CASH! This realtor is as great as his reviews. The pictures and videos were AMAZING! There wasn’t a single detailed missed in the listing description. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to the market giving expert advice with negotiations he’s extremely patient going above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. He even negotiated $900 extra of my title fees! Was always there for my calls and attentive towards giving me updates.

I am convinced after this sale that Nick can sell any home. This was by far a rough home because the owner [Trustee] and the caregiver beneficiary were not able to care for the Property. This realtor worked a long term sale befriending and pushing the tenants towards cleaning the home, he updated pictures several times, worked multiple attempts towards a closing and in the end we are all very happy to see this home closed
