Nick did any incredible job of working with us to find our perfect home. Unlike many other agents, we felt like he actually listened to what we wanted and used our conversations to find houses that actually had the things we were interested in. Throughout the entire process he was in constant contact with us and provided recommendations for different lenders, home inspection companies, home warranty services, etc. Nick put in the time and never rushed us to make a decision, and made it clear that he wanted us to be happy with whatever home we purchased. Even after closing, he spent time coordinating with the developer to help fix minor issues that we found so that we could focus on our move without worrying about whether we would get those items resolved.

We can’t recommend Nick enough. Before we met him, we were actively searching for a single family rowhouse. We found a few options and put in offers that were slightly higher than we wanted to pay, but unfortunately were still outbid. We were working with a wonderful agent who was doing an amazing job to find properties we liked and advocate on our behalf. But, we realized we needed to switch gears and work with someone who could find us properties that met our criteria, and were not as competitive with DC homebuyers. Fortunately, we met Nick. We sent him our criteria and on the first day of touring options, we found the perfect property. Because it was a short sale, Nick was able to help us close on the property at an incredible price below list and well under the appraised value. He also recommended contractors to help us with the upcoming renovations. We highly recommend his services and appreciate his help to close on a complicated short sale. Thanks Nick!

Nick was a pro every step of the way. His initial outreach was informed, efficient and distinguished by compelling data and support, which is the only reason he was able to get my attention amidst a sea of voicemails and post mail from other brokers and agents.

Further, during the initial property visit for the sale of my condo, Nick was attentive to incidental references I made during our discussion to features and characteristics that would be the focus of a house search at some point down the road.

I was surprised when, later the same day, Nick called me to discuss four suitable candidate properties corresponding with my wish list, although we had not yet discussed or planned my forthcoming house search. One of the properties was a winner, and my offer was prepared, presented and accepted within a couple of days.

The turnaround time for achieving mutual agreement on final terms and securing fully executed contracts on the both the condo sale and the house purchase was ten days.

Nick and Carlos were a great team. I would recommend them as your agent. They seemed like they were confident in our original list price, but then one week on the market and a competitor wanted to reduce immediately. We wanted to wait a few weeks to test the market. We eventually reduced and got a full price offer. We were happy with the offer. They know the local market and will do the work to see your property.
