Nick Eyhorn

Since 2011, Nick has specialized in office and industrial properties, providing exceptional leasing and brokerage services ranging from global companies and large investors to local West Texas clients (often bridging the gap between the two.) Predominately focused on Lubbock and the surrounding markets.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Nick is recognized for his in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market and his commitment to client-focused results. Combining his market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional communication abilities, Nick consistently delivers advantageous outcomes for his clients.

Nick holds a degree in accounting from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, where he was also a student athlete, competing on the cross country and track teams. He earned his CCIM designation in 2013, followed by his SIOR designation in 2022. These prestigious designations underscore his dedication to staying at the forefront of the commercial real estate industry.

Outside of his professional life, Nick is a devoted husband to his wife, Julie, and a loving father to their two children, Elizabeth and Matthew. He is an active member of Redeemer Church for over 17 years and enjoys spending quality time with his family and working out.
