Nick Fournier

Scout Real Estate Group was founded in 2013 by Nick Fournier. Nick has been involved in multiple facets of real estate his entire career, starting in 2003. He has gained expertise from past experience working for developers and national real estate corporations, managing finance, acquisitions, and operations.

As his family migrated from West Town / Ukrainian Village in Chicago to the near Western Suburbs, he saw an opportunity to help others do the same. Thus, he formed his own brokerage Scout Real Estate Group. The concept and approach are very simple – provide great service, leverage technology, and be forthcoming and honest with all clients. Nick has established himself as one of the premier independent brokerages in the Chicagoland area. He has assisted both buyers and sellers on hundreds of transactions, and most recently was acknowledged by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a Top Neighborhood Producer.
