Nick Garcia

Howdy, my name is Nick Garcia and I have the distinct pleasure of serving the Helena, East Helena, Montana City, Clancy, and Townsend markets. I found my passion for real estate when I got licensed in 2021 and have not looked back since. Since becoming licensed I have found that serving my home community of Helena has a rewarding feeling, and I am honored that I get to also work in the surrounding communities. To date, I have obtained 4 Designations from the National Association of Realtors including my Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and e-Pro. Additionally, in 2023 I obtained both my Broker and Supervising Broker licenses, won the Helena Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year award, and was a top producer in my market as a whole. When I am not selling real estate you can find me working in my local community coaching Capital High School's Varsity Lacrosse Program, enjoying one of the 3 amazing lakes in Helena, or golfing.
