Nick is really great to work with across the entire home purchase/sale process. He's very experienced, patient, and spends the time to not only explain what's happening in the market, but also find additional options that fit my situation best. In an area that has such a notoriously ridiculous housing market, I felt like I had a partner working with me to get the most money (and most house) we could get.
