Nick Hammonds

Nick leads JLAM’s operations and has over two decades of experience in private equity, real estate, and operations management. In his career, he has directed the development and asset management of significant multi-asset real estate portfolios across multiple market cycles. At JLAM, he’s responsible for the creation and execution of the business plan for each asset, management of all design, entitlement & development activities, and the asset management of properties.

Prior to JLAM, Nick co-founded a private equity real estate platform alongside Doug that invested in office assets in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US. He also previously served as Chief Operating Officer of a regional real estate development firm and founded & successfully exited a commercial construction firm.

Nick graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a degree in economics. He is a member of the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware’s Corporate Board and the Rehoboth Beach Boys and Girls Club’s Unit Board. Nick is also a member of the WSFS Bank Advisory Board.
