Let me start by saying that our entire experience with the Holman group has been exceptional at every level. We had some property located in central Alabama that we wanted to sell, we are located in the Huntsville area so everything had to be handled by the realtor. Joel took care of every last detail and posted gorgeous pictures of the property. He handled all the offers and kept us well informed of the process. Just a pleasure to talk to, he answered the phone every time we called and answered our texts, if not immediately, the same day. Warm and friendly, Joel always had answers for our questions and was diligent in keeping up with our paperwork as everything was being handled remotely. Update July 2024: me and my husband have used Nick again this time to sell our home, and we have had nothing but excellent things to say about him through the entire experience. He has a new THG (the Holman group) certified incentive which is such a great idea if you are selling your house. It includes a pre-cleaning service before pictures are taken, a house inspection, and a home warranty at no cost to you! Nick responded quickly to all of our questions, every time! The biggest help was his research on comparable homes so we could know how to price it. Getting the price right makes all the difference in the world.
His photographer was outstanding! Also, it was important to us to take the pictures on a sunny day and he changed his schedule so he could be there on the perfect day. The drone pics were especially good.
We think Nick reached a lot of people very quickly with his excellent video on several platforms. Even his white wooden sign is pretty in the yard! But the icing on the cake was the inspector and maid service that Nick's company offered. It helped so much! It was nice not to have any surprises at closing time knowing the house was already inspected.
Nick is very pleasant and professional to work with. We are very thankful for all the work he and his team did for us. Our house had several offers within 24 hours and Nick gave us wise advice on which to accept. We are very thankful to Nick and his team!

The reason why you use referrals!

Our situation had double needs because we needed to find an attorney to probate our mother’s will and then list the land for sell. We live in Texas and the land was in Alabama.

The referral:

My co-worker picked Bob Jackson to entrust my brother and I with names of probate attorneys, as well as, listing the land we owned in Woodville.
If you want a real estate agent who will make your buying or purchasing an easy turnkey process, then you have found that in Bob. He communicates the entire process through and even lets you know when there isn’t anything to report so you are not left wondering. Because my brother and I are in Texas, we were able to do the closing remotely which saved lots of time and traveling frustration.

The listing:
Bob took drone videos and used other kind of video types for the video of our land. It turned out amazing! Once the land went on the market, we had multiple offers in 3-4 days! I can honestly say that Bob started the search and find process as soon as he could so we could sell the land quickly, at a premium price and went above and beyond to make this difficult decision get to closing.

Back in August 2022, very unexpectedly we had to sell our property almost overnight. Nick was referred to us through the EXP Realty network and he immediately stepped to the challenge. He came the following day, meet with us, and in two days he had our house on the market. Such a fantastic company to work with! Our realtor, Austin Chandler, did an incredible job (especially in this crazy housing market) staying on top of the homes that we were interested in and getting showings right away!

Being a first time home buyer, my husband and I were nervous and unsure of what to expect. Starting the process was a bit frustrating and then a friend of mine got us into contact with Nick.
