Nick Jurgens

Nick Jurgens has been working in the real estate industry since 2011. He worked his way up from an intern within a residential firm to a commercial broker. During his tenure as a commercial broker with the Miller-Valentine Group, he negotiated 75 deals in a two year period. Nick also personally invests in real estate, which gives him intimate knowledge of what investors require in a transaction. Nick’s expertise is in the industrial sector and investments. Nick can help individual clients with buy vs lease analysis, broker’s opinion of value (BOV), and representation.

Prior to joining Madison Commercial in 2017, Nick was a Broker Associate at Miller-Valentine Group.
